Payments
There is no fee required when booking an appointment.
All payments are due at the time of your visit, and we accept all payment types including cash,
PayID, and cards (with a 1.6% surcharge for card payments).
Booking and Cancellation
If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible on 0466 379 666. We offer a 15
minute grace period, but this will reduce the time available for your lash fill.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, we will need to cancel and reschedule your session.
We are flexible with appointment changes and can accommodate them at any time. However, if
you miss your appointment without prior notice, a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged.
No Refund
We do not offer refunds. However, after your session is completed, you have a 24-hour window to
contact us for any necessary adjustments. We will address your concerns as soon as possible.
Preparation and Maintenance
For the best results, please arrive at your appointment with clean, natural lashes free of any
products such as makeup, moisturizer, or sunscreen. If needed, we provide facilities and products
at our premises for you to clean your lashes before the session.
To keep your lashes looking stunning and healthy, we suggest scheduling a fill-up every two to
four weeks. Regular maintenance will ensure they remain beautiful and well-cared for.
